Stunning Suning R&D Center Posters
This project focused on creating three posters that outlined Suning's functional departments for both new and existing employees. One of the posters, the Connected Finance Department-Credit Model, was particularly crucial in helping employees understand how to determine a customer's credit score in China. This information is vital for detecting and reducing fraudulent activities within the Suning e-commerce ecosystem.

When I was tasked with a last-minute project that needed to
be completed within a week, I immediately sprang into action.
I assembled a team of five talented designers and led the team
to figure out the project priorities within the limited timeframe. We quickly realized that we needed additional resources to meet the deadline, so we brought on two more team members to help fill the gap.
With our expanded team, we promptly met with the department head to discuss the requirements for the project posters. Despite the tight deadline, we were able to efficiently gather
the necessary assets and move forward with the project.
After gathering information from all departments, I took on three of the six designs and provided art direction to the
rest of the team for the remaining designs. Despite the
short timeframe, we quickly analyzed and mapped out the information, completed the final designs, and then handled the translations.
Through my leadership, we were able to effectively collaborate and complete the project within the given timeline. Thanks to our smooth execution, we were able
to deliver high-quality work that met all the requirements.
